Contract Negotiations

With more than thirty years of experience in the construction industry, we have negotiated many different forms of contract acting on behalf of building owners, occupiers, contractors and sub contractors.

We have been instrumental in framing many agreements between parties. For example we acted as our Client's lead consultant in negotiations with the Olympic Development Agency for their relocation from the Stratford Olympic Park to a new site in Greater London.

Dispute Resolution

It is a fact of life that no matter how well planned and executed a project is disputes often arise. These may be between Client and Contractor, Contractor and Consultant, Contractor and Sub Contractor. With our experience we are able to offer practical and innovative solutions on a formal or informal basis.
